We offer free standard shipping on all Litter-Robot orders to France, United Kingdom, Belgium, and Switzerland. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from our European fulfilment centre.

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Exact rates are calculated based on your location and order weight. All orders include full tracking via email.

Orders to Switzerland: As Switzerland is outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

UK orders: All duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout. No surprise charges on delivery.

We're confident you and your cat will love Litter-Robot. That's why every purchase comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If it's not right for you, return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

Important: Returned units must be clean and free of litter or waste. A cleaning fee may apply if the unit is returned in unsanitary condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return within the 90-day trial period:


Contact our support team
Email us or use the live chat to request a return. We'll provide a return authorisation and instructions.

Clean & repack your unit
Remove all litter and waste. Repack in the original packaging if possible.

Ship it back
Send the unit using the provided return label or your preferred carrier. Return shipping costs apply.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Accessories & consumables (liners, filters, OdorTrap packs, litter) can be returned unused and unopened within 30 days for a full refund. Litter bags are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

WhiskerCare® Warranty

Every Litter-Robot comes with a 1-year WhiskerCare® warranty at no extra cost. This comprehensive plan covers accidental damage, power surges, mechanical breakdowns, and software support.

Extend your coverage to 3 years by adding WhiskerCare® Extended Warranty at checkout. During the warranty period, all repairs and replacements are handled free of charge, including shipping both ways. No deductibles. No hidden fees.

Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact our support team as soon as possible and we'll update the address. Once the package is with the carrier, changes may not be possible.

Currently we ship to France, United Kingdom, Belgium, and Switzerland. We're working on expanding to additional European markets. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch in your country.

As Switzerland is outside the EU customs union, import duties and VAT may be applied upon delivery. These are determined by Swiss customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate. If the package cannot be located, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Yes. Unused and unopened accessories can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened consumables and litter bags are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
